What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file our site asks your browser to keep. When you come back, your browser sends it back, so the site can remember something, such as the choice you made about cookies. We treat similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, in exactly the same way.
How we ask for your consent
On your first visit, a banner gives you three choices: Reject all, Choose and Accept all. Saying no takes one click, the same as saying yes. Until you choose, we don’t set any analytics or marketing cookies.
We remember your choice in a cookie called wd_consent for 12 months. You can change it at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
What we use and why
Necessary · always on
These keep the site working, for example remembering your cookie choice and keeping the chat assistant’s conversation while you move between pages. Data protection law doesn’t require consent for them.
| Name | What it does | Lasts | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
wd_consent | Remembers your cookie choice | 12 months | Witthaya Digital |
wd_chat | Keeps your WitBot chat open between pages (local storage) | Until you close the chat | Witthaya Digital |
Analytics · only if you allow them
These show us which pages help people and where they get stuck. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2: if you say no, Google only receives anonymous signals without cookies. If you say yes, it sets the cookies below.
| Name | What it does | Lasts | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Tells visits from different people apart | 13 months | Google Ireland Ltd |
_ga_<id> | Keeps track of your current visit | 13 months | Google Ireland Ltd |
Marketing · only if you allow them
These let us see whether our Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns work, and show you more relevant ads after your visit.
| Name | What it does | Lasts | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au | Links a visit or booking to a Google Ads click | 90 days | Google Ireland Ltd |
_fbp | Recognises your browser for Meta ads | 3 months | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd |

Legal basis
- Necessary cookies: our legitimate interest in running the site you asked to use (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, as applied in Cyprus). You can withdraw it at any time. That doesn’t affect anything processed before you did.
Data outside the EU
Google, Meta and LinkedIn have their European headquarters in Ireland but may transfer data to the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your consent whenever you like:
- Click Cookie settings in the footer and switch off anything you no longer want.
- Or delete the
wd_consentcookie in your browser. The banner will appear again on your next page.
Our partner, QRA
We work with QRA (Quina Ribeiro, Lda, Portugal) on some AI automation projects. This policy covers this website only. If you visit qra.pt, QRA’s own cookie policy applies there.
Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a tool that uses cookies, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change needs your consent, we’ll ask again through the banner.
