Permitted use
- This site exists to inform you about our services and to let you contact us.
- You may not copy or reproduce any content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
- You may not use the content for any commercial purpose without our authorisation.
- You may not use the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in any way that could damage, overload or disrupt it.
- Large-scale automated extraction (scraping, unauthorised crawling, or harvesting content to train AI models) is not allowed without our written consent.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, graphics, logos, brand names, design, source code and other materials — belongs to Witthaya Digital Ltd or its licensors. It is protected by Cyprus and European Union copyright, trade mark and intellectual property law.
Visiting the site does not give you any rights to this content. Any use beyond personal viewing needs our prior written permission.
Forms, bookings and tools
When you fill in a form, book a call (our booking calendar runs on TidyCal, and calls take place by video) or send us a request through the site, you confirm that the information you give is true, current, and that you are entitled to share it. We may decline requests that are clearly false, offensive or fraudulent.
AI chatbot
This site may include an AI assistant (WitBot). Its answers are generated automatically and may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. They are for general information only and are not legal, financial or professional advice. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat. For anything important, contact us directly.
AI automation
We design and build AI automations and agents that handle business tasks such as lead handling, customer replies, reporting and workflow steps between your tools. Any examples, demos, case studies or time and cost savings shown on this site are illustrative. Real results depend on your processes, data, systems and how the automation is used.
AI systems can make mistakes. Automations that act on your behalf (for example sending messages, updating records or making decisions) should be reviewed and supervised by you. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, you remain responsible for checking AI outputs and for decisions made on the basis of them.
Our automations may rely on third-party AI models and platforms (for example OpenAI and similar providers). We are not responsible for their availability, changes to their features or pricing, or outages on their side.
The scope, data handling, responsibilities and support for any AI automation project are set out in the separate proposal or agreement for that project.
Our partner, QRA
We work closely with QRA, the AI automation brand of Quina Ribeiro, Lda in Portugal, led by Miguel Quina Ribeiro. On some projects, particularly AI automation, agents and system integration, QRA may work alongside us on parts of the delivery.
Whenever a partner is involved, we tell you before work starts, and your proposal or agreement sets out who does what. Unless that agreement says otherwise, Witthaya Digital Ltd remains your point of contact and is responsible for the work we deliver to you.
If you contract QRA directly, or use the qra.pt website, QRA’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that relationship.

Services and client agreements
Information about our services on this site is general and does not form a contract. Any project, retainer or product subscription is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Links to external sites
The site may link to third-party services (for example booking tools, messaging apps or social networks). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Their use is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors, omissions or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Witthaya Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from use of the site will be submitted to the competent courts of Larnaca, Cyprus, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, please email us first at hq@witthayadigital.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. Consumers in Cyprus may also contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry. For services contracted directly with QRA in Portugal, the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book is also available.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page. The date at the top shows the latest update, so please check back from time to time.
