What data we collect

Data you give us

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
  • WitBot chat assistant: the messages you type into the chat window, and any contact details you choose to share there. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
  • Booking a call: calls are booked through TidyCal. TidyCal collects your name, email and chosen time slot, and passes them to us once the booking is confirmed.
  • Clients: when you work with us, the business contact and billing details we need to deliver the service and invoice you.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
  • Analytics: only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) measures how visitors use the site, in aggregate.
  • Advertising: only with your consent, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag measure our ad campaigns and may show you our ads on other sites later.

Why we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
  • To confirm and manage calls you book with us.
  • To deliver the services you hire us for, and to invoice you.
  • To run the WitBot assistant and improve its answers.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (with consent).
  • To measure our advertising (with consent).
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use three kinds:

  • Essential: needed for the site to work and stay secure, for example remembering your cookie choice. These contain no marketing data.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent.
  • Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag, only with your consent.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie banner, and you can delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Embedded content and social media

Some pages include content from other services, such as videos, the TidyCal booking calendar and the WitBot chat window. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other website directly. Those services may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with the content, especially if you have an account with them and are logged in.

We also have pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you interact with us there, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies.
